The Assay Hill Lodge Homeowners Association is responsible for administering the affairs of the common elements of Assay Hill Lodge. The Association determines community standards, sets its annual budget, and maintains reserves for the maintenance of common elements, including the exterior of all homes. Part of your ownership obligation is to pay association dues that take care of the general common elements (i.e., building exteriors  and interior hallways) of the Association. A comprehensive set of neighborhood rules and regulations has been established in the Association’s “Declarations” and "Rules and Regulations". As a member of the Association, you will be notified of all meetings and may wish to serve on its Board of Directors.
